Assalamualaikum..

Baru2 ni PR kita encik Khaldi telah dihubungi oleh puan Zaiton untuk memohon bantuan sahabat2 sekalian.

Untuk pengetahuan sahabat2, suami puan zaiton akan menjalani pembedahan pada 17November ini. Beliau memohon kepada mereka2 yg berdarah type A untuk menderma darah ketika pembedahan suami beliau. Maklumat lanjut adalah seperti berikut:

Jenis darah diperlukan : A (xkira apa jenis... yg penting A)
Hospital : Subang Jaya Medical Center
Lokasi : Tabung Darah, Tingkat 5, North Wing Bahagian Pesakit luar.
Note : Perlu nyatakan kepada pihak hospital tujuan anda menderma darah.

Kepada yg berminat untuk menderma, dikehendaki hadir sebanyak 2 kali ke SJMC.
1. Untuk cek darah (memerlukan kesesuaian darah)-so p la seminggu sebelum ka... up to you :)
2. Kalau ok, perlu hadir semasa pembedahan. DR memerlukan darah yg betul2 fresh.
